Since most men of West Virginia have explosive licenses, there are fabulous private fireworks as well as community fireworks. Thirty years ago a defective shipment of fireworks exploded while children held them. Over 20 youths olst fingers and parts of their hands. We must exercise caution as we celebrate our nations birthday. Many families have their family reunions as new members are welcome and memories of those who died are honored. Happy Birthday America!
